We have two types of tornado shelters, one is an underground storm shelter installed into your garage floor and is accessible with your car in the garage. The other type is an above ground storm shelter safe room that comes in a few sizes. NSS shelters meet or exceed the FEMA Standard. We take a family first approach with our product. A “Rock Solid”™ Price Assurance Policy. This is a policy that the homeowner pays up front and, if while digging we find rock, they pay no more than that cost. If however we find rock and they did not opt for this, they are subject to additional charges of up to two days of labor and heavy equipment fees.
